Donington Park 2005 was a fantastically exciting event. OK, it chucked it down with rain on the Sunday, but that made for some exicitng highside saves and some equally exciting backside excursions.
You've probably heard all the superlatives about Valentino Rossi, but what the hell, he's good! It was unbelievable the way he took apart a field of seasoned competitors in a couple of laps. Scrap 'The Doctor', he should be called 'The Surgeon'.
The sound of a Moto GP bike is tuneful (in a petrolhead kind of way) and LOUD (apart from Rossi's muted Yamaha tone).
